The gift can be a win-win. The current owner avoids ongoing maintenance fees. The new owner has the use of a timeshare with no upfront investment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timeshare owners use a deed to remove one spouse as owner in a divorce or dissolution of marriage or to add a new co-owner.
