The essence of this website is the transfer of real property to preserve assets and build wealth. There are two basic documents used trusts, and deeds and affidavits<\/a>. Deeds and affiddavits are registered with the county recorder’s office where the real estate is located. Trusts are not registered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deeds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A deed is a legal document that transfers ownership of real property from one person or entity to another. The purpose of a deed is to provide a clear and unambiguous record of the transfer of ownership. A recorded deed becomes part of the public record and informs the world that the property has changed owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Affidavits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An affidavit of death is a legal document to declare an individual’s death. In California, an affidavit is a part of transferring real property from the decedent to the decedent\u2019s heirs. This document is limited to real property owned by joint tenants, trusts, and revocable transfer on death deeds. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trusts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trusts avoid probate. Probate is the process of transferring assets from the deceased to their heirs. This process is under court supervision. Probate is costly, time-consuming, and is a public proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
